Key Responsibilities:
• Manage laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Establish operational priorities and review staff workloads
• Authorize work permits and lead training initiatives
• Troubleshoot issues and oversee instrument maintenance
• Produce and review technical analysis reports
Requirements:
• Doctorate or Master's in a relevant field
• 2–5 years of laboratory supervisory experience
• Proficient in QA/QC standards and instrumentation knowledge
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Must qualify for security clearance
