Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement engaging activities for residents
• Oversee wellness and entertainment programs across neighborhoods
• Supervise volunteers and concierge staff effectively
• Track engagement metrics to enhance programs
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• 2+ years of leadership experience in senior living or hospitality
• Strong organizational and event-planning skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with engagement technology preferred
• Valid driver’s license required, if applicable
