Paladin Security’s Operations Centre is a centralized communications hub supporting healthcare security operations. As a Healthcare Operations Centre Dispatcher, you will take calls, dispatch resources, write reports, and coordinate responses. The centre connects guards, management, and client leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls and radio communications professionally
Dispatch alarm responses within designated timeframes
Escalate emergencies and critical issues to management
Document response details and compile incident reports
Log hourly safety check-ins under applicable policies
Requirements:
Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time
Prior security, call centre, or customer service experience preferred
