KeyResponsibilities
Leadproductdevelopmentprojectsfromconceptanddetaileddesignthroughprototyping,testing,validationandproduction.
DevelopmechanicalandelectromechanicaldesignsusingSolidWorks,including3Dmodels,drawingsandengineeringdocumentation.
ApplyFEAandengineeringprinciplestoassessstructuralintegrity,performanceandsafety.
Developandexecuteprototypetestplans,resolvedesignissuesandsupportproductvalidation.
ApplyDFM,FMEA,tolerancestack-upanalysisandBOMdevelopmenttoimprovemanufacturability,qualityandcost.
Collaboratewithengineeringandmanufacturingteamstoresolvetechnicalchallenges,supportproductlaunchesandimproveexistingdesigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor'sdegreeinMechanical,MechatronicsorRoboticsEngineering,orarelateddiscipline.
5+yearsofmechanicalorelectromechanicalproductdesignanddevelopmentexperience.
Demonstratedexperienceleadingormakingasignificanttechnicalcontributiontoacommercialproductdevelopmentproject,fromdesignthroughtestingandvalidation.
StrongSolidWorksandFEAexperience,withknowledgeofDFM,FMEA,tolerancestack-ups,BOMsandengineeringdocumentation.
Strongproblem-solvingandprojectmanagementskills,withtheabilitytotakeownershipofdeliverablesandworkacrossteams.
