Coordinate restoration crews across Winnipeg using scheduling, customer service, and critical-thinking skills. This temporary internal opportunity is exclusively for current On Side Restoration employees.
As a Dispatcher, you will maintain customer satisfaction while sending crews to restoration jobs promptly. The work involves understanding water emergencies, claims, schedules, work scopes, and job-site skills. You will communicate with property owners and insureds while managing technician schedules and crew availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch restoration crews to jobs in a timely manner
Communicate with property owners and insureds
Schedule work and dispatch technicians
Manage crew mix and on-call availability
Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Current On Side Restoration employee with one year continuous employment
Construction experience or Contents Department knowledge
Superior customer service skills and desire to help people
Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
MS Office, E-Claim, phone, and computer skills
Bring authentic communication, organized scheduling, and restoration knowledge to support On Side Restoration customers and crews in Winnipeg.
