M&A Tax Senior Associate

Apply federal income tax research and M&A structuring expertise as a Senior Associate with EisnerAmper’s National Tax Office in New York.
EisnerAmper seeks a Senior to provide exceptional client services in a growing environment. The work includes partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues, accounting methods, and digital assets. Training, mentorship, advancement, and growth opportunities are provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and analyze federal income tax issues
Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring
Draft emails, memoranda, and federal tax alerts
Assist with federal income tax trainings
Support domestic tax due diligence for M&A transactions
Requirements:

Three or more years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience
Experience at a large law firm, accounting firm, or IRS preferred
Juris Doctor degree
Tax LL.M. preferred
Strong analytical, writing, and tax research database skills
Use federal tax analysis, M&A due diligence, and structuring skills to support EisnerAmper clients and national tax initiatives.
