Construction Project Manager Edmonton
PCL Construction
Lead construction budgets, schedules, and safety for PCL Industrial Management Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta. Support medium projects through technical and administrative expertise.
As a Project Manager, you provide contract administration and construction leadership for a medium project or large-project discipline. You help deliver work according to design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule. The position also involves risk management, stakeholder communication, and project performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide contract administration, technical expertise, and project support
Develop and implement project safety plans
Manage budget, schedule, quality, resources, and construction performance
Negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders, and progress payments
Coordinate project closeout and manage risks and opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or construction management
Eight to ten years of progressive construction experience preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methods, specifications, codes, and safety
Planning, organizational, and time management skills
Microsoft Office, project management, and scheduling software knowledge
