Peter Lucas Project Management seeks an experienced Senior Mine Engineer / Planner for senior-level technical support. You will develop mine plans, schedules, and production strategies while supporting stope layouts, sequencing, and development planning. The role also includes optimization, technical studies, and operational collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop short-term and long-term mine plans
Support stope layouts, sequencing, and development planning
Optimize mining methods, designs, and operations
Analyze production data for improvement opportunities
Prepare engineering designs, reports, and technical studies
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
10+ years of progressive mine engineering experience
Strong underground mining and production optimization experience
Experience with Deswik, Vulcan, Datamine, or similar software
Strong analytical, technical writing, and problem-solving skills
