Job Responsibilities
Sell full range of travel products and services, including airline tickets, tour packages, cruises, and other travel-related services.
Respond promptly and professionally to customers’ inquiries, and concerns.
Provide customer service and assist clients throughout the booking process.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Valid TICO license is an asset.
Knowledge of Amadeus reservation system is required.
Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Previous travel industry experience is an asset.
