CAA Manitoba Insurance Brokers seeks an Insurance Broker to support Brokers and Supervisors while assisting existing customers and prospects. The work includes policy updates, quotations, coverage education, customer inquiries, payments, endorsements, and documentation. You will apply underwriting guidelines, broker authority, and insurance requirements while supporting service and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide insurance advice across property, casualty, travel medical, and auto products
Handle quotes, amendments, inquiries, and policy changes
Explain coverage differences, limitations, providers, and packages
Process payments, endorsements, documents, and cash balancing
Support first call resolution and customer retention
Requirements:
Minimum three years related insurance industry experience
General Insurance License Level 2 or higher, or working towards
Strong analytical, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills
Broker management system and Microsoft Office knowledge
Post-secondary insurance or business education preferred
