Lead a brand-new Sidebar Grill kitchen in Chilliwack with culinary leadership, menu creativity, and hands-on service expertise.
As Head Chef, you will establish and lead the kitchen operation at Sidebar Grill’s new location. You will shape kitchen culture around quality, consistency, teamwork, and hospitality. The position includes team development, menu work, food-cost management, and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily kitchen operations and lead the culinary team
Set standards for food quality, presentation, consistency, and execution
Recruit, train, coach, and retain kitchen team members
Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, waste, and portion control
Help establish kitchen systems, standards, and processes
Requirements:
Strong and confident kitchen leadership
