As a senior professional in WSP’s Property & Buildings team, you will lead electrical system design across multiple facility types. You will prepare and review technical reports, drawings, specifications, and design documentation. The work combines multidisciplinary collaboration, technical guidance, client-focused solutions, and sustainable design improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead electrical system design for complex building projects
Prepare and review reports, drawings, and specifications
Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members
Collaborate on integrated, practical building solutions
Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and client requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Valid Professional Engineers Ontario licence
8+ years in engineering consulting industry
Expertise in building electrical principles, codes, and standards
Proficiency with electrical design software and engineering tools
