As the Program Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic vision and operational framework for this innovative doctoral program. Your responsibilities include developing curriculum standards, teaching, and serving as a mentor to doctoral candidates. You will also partner with external institutions to enrich the learning environment and ensure the program meets accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead academic and administrative functions for the program
• Deliver doctoral seminars and supervise dissertation work
• Recruit and develop faculty with theological and AI expertise
• Manage admission criteria and student progression
• Forge partnerships with AI and ethics research organizations
Requirements:
• Doctoral degree in theology or a related discipline
• At least five years of experience in higher education
• Background in advising and supervising graduate research
• Understanding of AI ethics principles
• Strong leadership and financial management skills
