Program Handover Manager - Rail Infra (Relocation)

You will drive planning, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a safe, compliant turnover to the end user.
This leadership role requires a bachelor's or master’s degree and 13–19 years of experience in complex railway systems, with a strong focus on analytics and programme risk management.
