Reporting to the Provost & Vice-President, Academic, the Dean provides strategic, academic, and operational leadership. The role advances teaching excellence, student success, experiential learning, and research. It also strengthens relationships with industry, government, alumni, donors, and community partners.

Strengthen academic programs, teaching, learning, and research
Guide the School through growth and transformation
Cultivate relationships with external partners and communities
Amplify the School’s profile, brand, and reputation
Requirements:
Strong record of teaching, scholarship, and service
Qualifications for appointment as a full professor
Progressive leadership experience in a complex university
Strategic and financial acumen
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
