The Property Management Team seeks a Facility Service Worker for its owned spaces. Working under the Building Operator, you will support day-to-day building maintenance, repairs, and client requests. The position also includes equipment operation, life safety readiness, and maintenance records.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day building maintenance and grounds-keeping
Assist coworkers with various maintenance repairs
Check visual life safety equipment for operating readiness
Perform assigned client requests
Maintain records in the maintenance management system
Requirements:
Ability to operate manual and powered grounds equipment
Ability to perform building maintenance duties
Ability to assist with maintenance repairs
Ability to complete assigned client requests
Ability to maintain maintenance management system records
Support Property Management facilities in Prince Albert through maintenance, grounds-keeping, repairs, and dependable service delivery.
