About the Role
The Logistics Concierge will play a key role in coordinating shipment pickups, handoffs, and deliveries while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This position serves as an important link between Frythub customers and our logistics partners, helping to ensure shipments are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate customer shipment pickups and handoffs with logistics partners.
Facilitate communication between customers, freight forwarders, and delivery partners.
Assist customers with shipment preparation and logistics-related inquiries.
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
Support the coordination of local deliveries and shipment transfers.
Address operational issues and elevate concerns when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of shipment activities and customer interactions.
Uphold Frythub's standards for professionalism, reliability, and customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must possess a valid driver's licence applicable to the location of employment.
Must have reliable access to a vehicle for shipment pickups, handoffs, and other operational activities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with local geography and transportation networks in the assigned location.
Previous experience in logistics, customer service, transportation, or operations is an asset.
