General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada is seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineering Analyst to join our Ottawa team. You’ll lead HFE activities, serve as a technical authority, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver usable, safe systems for defence programs.
You will conduct analyses, translate findings into actionable requirements, and mentor peers while maintaining lifecycle traceability and adherence to MIL-STD-1472, ISO, and ANSI standards.
