This integral role involves full-cycle payroll processing, auditing timecards, and maintaining accurate employee records. Your skills in payroll software and a commitment to confidentiality will be pivotal to success. You will also participate in training employees on payroll systems alongside managing various HR-related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute biweekly salary and hourly payroll
• Audit time and attendance for accuracy
• Process employee leaves and terminations diligently
• Ensure compliance with Canadian Labour Code regulations
• Manage month-end benefit payments and vendor billings
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of payroll experience
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification is a plus
• Familiarity with payroll systems, including UKG Kronos
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills
• Proficiency in Excel
