Support Admiral Security’s 24/7 Control Center through overnight camera monitoring, incident reporting, and real-time dispatch coordination. Technology confidence is essential.
This Security Control Center Dispatcher connects clients, field staff, guards, supervisors, and Operations personnel during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring remote video systems, recognizing unusual activity, escalating incidents, and documenting every required follow-up. The successful candidate remains calm, professional, and focused through quiet and high-activity periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual patrols and monitor remote video systems
Recognize trespassing, theft, vandalism, and safety concerns
Communicate with clients, guards, supervisors, and Operations staff
Follow camera-monitoring and escalation procedures
Maintain accurate logs for alarms, dispatches, and follow-ups
Requirements:
Dependability and accountability for assigned overnight shifts
Ability to maintain focus with minimal supervision
Professional communication and confidentiality
Confidence using technology in a monitoring-based position
Alarm monitoring or call centre experience is an asset
