Drive Manitoulin Transport’s Class 1 line-haul route from Prince George, using safe driving and accurate freight documentation overnight.
This full-time night driver position operates Sunday through Thursday nights, departing Prince George at 10:30 pm. You will transfer freight in Quesnel, switch trailers in Williams Lake, and possibly return through Quesnel. The work also includes shunting or local deliveries, inspections, secured loading, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Class 1 commercial vehicle on line-haul routes
Transfer freight in Quesnel and switch trailers in Williams Lake
Complete shunting or local deliveries as required
Inspect equipment and document findings using an ELD
Maintain freight security, logs, and delivery documentation
Requirements:
Class 1 license
One year of pickup and delivery experience
Current driver’s abstract
Criminal record check and two work-related references
Reliable and dependable approach
