Key Responsibilities:
Adjust and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
Contact tradespersons and contractors for major repairs and maintenance
Perform appliance repairs and routine painting or drywall work
Complete safety and security checks throughout the establishment
Maintain plants, grounds, walkways, and parking areas
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate
One year to less than two years of experience
English language ability
Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding work
Initiative, judgement, organization, and reliability
Support hotel property operations through practical repairs, safety checks, grounds care, and dependable maintenance service.
