Lead flawless catering execution as an Executive Chef, bringing menu creativity, HACCP knowledge, and client-focused service to each event. This vacancy offers $60,000 to $70,000 CAD.
The Executive Chef role requires at least five years of Chef experience, including strong catering experience and three years of leadership. You will manage high-volume catering projects, create current menus, and support quality food service operations. Client relationships and satisfaction remain central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure flawless execution of catering food
Develop positive client relationships and satisfaction
Create menus using current culinary trends
Oversee station staff and kitchen cleanliness
Coordinate inspections and WHMIS training
Requirements:
Five years of Chef experience minimum
Three years of leadership experience
ServSafe and Allergen Awareness certificates
High-volume catering and large-scale meal preparation experience
Availability for evenings, weekends, and Canadian travel
