We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead a London Market third-party administrator claims team. You will provide technical oversight, develop team capability, and maintain client focus. The position supports consistent, efficient claims delivery for insurers, managing agents, brokers, and coverholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day leadership for the claims team
Deliver technical oversight across claims handling
Develop team members and strengthen client relationships
Manage insurer, broker, and coverholder relationships
