Retail General Manager Store Operations

Lead retail store operations through forecasting, scheduling, and team coaching while driving profitable sales and key performance metrics.
As General Manager, you connect brand vision with store execution and lead Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development. You analyze results, manage the daily operations budget, and teach behaviors supporting a best in class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze results and identify opportunities with leadership
Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling
Manage store budget supporting the P&L
Build productive teams through sourcing and development
Implement Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives
Requirements:

Three to five years leading others in retail
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to deliver results
Strong communication with customers and employees
Planning, prioritization, and business acumen skills
Bring retail leadership, operational planning, and sales forecasting skills to guide store performance and develop productive teams.
