Cloud Application Security Analyst

This Staff Information Security Analyst investigates security matters affecting the ServiceNow platform. The position communicates technical risks clearly, supports customers and internal stakeholders, and collaborates across a global follow-the-sun team. Responsibilities include security cases, findings, escalations, process documentation, and enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and respond to ServiceNow platform security cases
Serve as primary contact for security-related stakeholder matters
Manage customer outreach and escalation communications
Create documentation supporting security maturity and operational excellence
Deliver security awareness and best-practice training
Requirements:
Eight years of professional information or application security experience
Eligibility to obtain Canadian Reliability Status
Hands-on web proxy tools experience for security assessments
Java or JavaScript knowledge sufficient to interpret code
Excellent technical communication for non-technical audiences
