Defence Construction Canada seeks a Coordinator, Construction Services, to administer medium-complexity construction, professional services, and service contracts during construction. You will engage contractors, consultants, Client-Partners, and site teams while addressing scope, schedules, progress claims, and contractual risks. The position supports essential infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer contracts according to contractual requirements and quality specifications
Resolve daily contractual problems and manage related risks
Monitor schedules, progress claims, and contract financials
Negotiate and issue change orders with Client-Partners
Maintain site records, photos, and activity reports
Requirements:
University degree in engineering, applied science, or related field
Four years of relevant experience, or equivalent qualifications
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, legislation, and trends
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Reliability security clearance and essential English
