Use advanced Excel and inventory expertise as a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst in Brampton, Ontario, with a hybrid schedule. Manage purchase orders and replenishment while coordinating high-volume operations.
This one-year contract supports a global sourcing team within a large, established organization. The Inventory Analyst manages purchase orders, monitors inventory, and coordinates suppliers, distributors, and distribution centres. Success requires supply chain coordination, purchasing experience, strong organization, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase orders from creation through timely fulfillment
Monitor inventory, coordinate replenishment, and address shortages
Expedite supplier deliveries and resolve supply disruptions
Coordinate sourcing teams, distributors, and distribution centres
Maintain reliable records and communicate operational risks
Requirements:
Two or more years in supply chain, purchasing, operations, or inventory
Experience with replenishment, purchase orders, and high-volume workflows
Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, analysis, and reporting
Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management
Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and accountability
