The HSQA Office Coordinator supports ongoing system improvements through review, development, and implementation. This role responds to incidents, injuries, and illnesses, investigates thoroughly, and monitors corrective actions. It also works with unit managers and chefs on service requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver HSQA training for on-site associates
Complete logistics and administrative tasks
Investigate incidents, injuries, and illnesses
Monitor detailed corrective actions
Report HSQA deficiencies to operations and senior management
Requirements:
Ability to follow corporate HSQA requirements
Ability to conduct thorough investigations
Ability to develop and implement system improvements
Ability to monitor corrective actions
Ability to communicate deficiencies to leadership
