As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll work hands-on to help lead Uline’s daily warehouse operations. Full-Time Hours:
Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7 PM
Position Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations, working hands-on through an 18-month rotational program.
Coach and develop teams across inbound, outbound and operational support functions to keep the business running at its best.
Drive accuracy, safety and productivity in a fast-paced, high-performance warehouse environment where your decisions make a daily impact.
Expand your leadership skills through hands-on operational experience and warehouse equipment certifications.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree
preferred.
Proven leadership experience managing 10+ people in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
Ability to train and develop employees while promoting accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
