1A FREIGHT LCV DRIVER
(Night Position)
LOCATION: NORTH BATTLEFORD, SK
JAY'S TRANSPORTATION GROUP LTD. is one of the largest freight transportation companies in Saskatchewan. As a subsidiary of The Mullen Group, we provide direct freight service to over 550 locations in the province. As an agent for Atlas Van Lines, our Moving Division offers local and long-distance moving services. We are proud to continue a 60-year history of serving companies and individuals throughout Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities
Run scheduled trips between branches within Saskatchewan
Ensure that vehicles are loaded properly for transportation
Fill out all necessary paperwork
Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles
Adhere to all company safety policies
Qualifications
Valid Class 1A drivers license and acceptable drivers abstract
Min. 2 years of experience and/or 150,000 km operating articulated tractor-trailer combinations
LCV experience preferred but not required
Good work attitude and willing to learn
Good customer service skills
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
