As a Plumber Service Technician, you will maintain commercial plumbing, boiler, and commercial water systems. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair commercial building systems
Service boilers and commercial water systems
Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete corrective repairs
Complete small renovation projects
Coordinate contractors and supervise subcontractor activities
Requirements:
Commercial plumbing service or maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting ability with plumbing systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license and safety focus
