Junior Retail Assistant Manager

Lead retail sales and customer service with La Vie en Rose as a Junior Assistant Manager in a permanent, full-time position. Coach teams, explain products, and support store performance.
As part of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals and company standards. You will train team members on sales techniques and product features, coordinate store activities, and maintain outstanding customer service. The role also includes recruiting, training, visual presentation, reporting, and store opening and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Train team members on sales techniques and product features
Welcome customers and explain lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear products
Coordinate store activities and communicate joint sales goals
Recruit, prepare, and train future employees
Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports
Requirements:
Previous retail team management experience
Natural leadership and team motivation skills
Strong communication and customer listening abilities
Proactive and conscientious approach to work
Availability for holidays and longer busy-period hours
Bring retail leadership, product knowledge, and customer service skills to support La Vie en Rose store performance and team development.
