Lead wireless sales and service with OSL as a full-time Wireless Retail Manager managing a Walmart Canada kiosk. Build and coach teams.
This manager oversees kiosk operations while maximizing profitability and customer experiences. You will recruit, coach, and develop talented experts while driving sales and operational success. The role reports to a District Manager and requires strong communication, retail metrics, and service instincts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a Walmart Canada wireless kiosk
Build and develop a talented sales team
Drive sales, service, and operational success
Manage operations and maximize profitability
Deliver excellent customer experiences
Requirements:
Three to five years of retail management experience
Wireless or electronics experience considered an asset
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, merchandising, and retail metrics
Recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards experience
Availability for evenings and weekends
