This experienced manager leads initiatives supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and asset performance. Responsibilities span project scope development, implementation, commissioning, documentation, and handoff. You will collaborate with plant engineering, maintenance, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and implement manufacturing technologies and engineering practices
Drive operational efficiencies through process and engineering improvements
Partner with plant teams to identify improvement opportunities
Maintain blueprints, engineering documentation, and infrastructure records
Support reliability and asset performance initiatives
Requirements:
Engineering degree in a relevant technical discipline
15+ years of progressive engineering experience
Experience with automation, manufacturing systems, and infrastructure
Knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems and ERP platforms
Understanding of controls, mechanical, and electrical systems
Apply manufacturing engineering expertise, technology knowledge, and operational improvement skills to Mother Parkers’ strategic facility initiatives.
