Human Resources Manager HR Operations

Drive HR operations, compliance, and employee support as a Human Resources Manager with Keolis across multiple locations.
This Human Resources Manager position oversees practical HR delivery for more than 300 employees. Responsibilities span recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, employee development, performance reviews, and personnel records. Success requires organized project management, critical thinking, and adaptable communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement HR operational strategies and business project initiatives
Maintain electronic employee records and filing retrieval systems
Process benefits, qualifying events, promotions, and demotions
Administer leaves, trackers, benefit payments, and COBRA transfers
Analyze exit interviews and support performance reviews
Requirements:
Two to five years of union-environment experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience required
Experience with HRIS and payrolling systems
UKG or similar software experience preferred
Strong planning, analysis, organization, and communication skills
