As Senior Director, you lead an engineering team of about 12 people within a 650-person operations sector. You identify valuable automation opportunities, select practical technologies, and guide secure solutions from prototypes to deployment. Your work connects operational transformation, artificial intelligence, process optimization, and economic viability.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify high-value automation and agentic AI opportunities
Choose effective, appropriately simple technologies for operational problems
Lead initiatives from ideas through prototypes and delivery
Build security, privacy, traceability, and resilience by design
Monitor solution performance and measure operational gains
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Seven to ten years managing operational and technological teams
Experience managing managers and leading organizational transformation
Strong software development, Python, APIs, integration, and cloud knowledge
Expertise in automation, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies
