Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President, Operations & Transformation serves on the leadership team and partners with product, engineering, and creative leaders. Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the operating model transformation roadmap
Lead studio, product, people, accounting, and IT operations
Partner with the CEO on P&L and operating plans
Modernize processes with AI and measure delivered impact

Requirements:

15+ years of experience, including 3+ years leading P&L
Consumer software or digital services business experience
Daily AI building experience and adoption leadership across teams
