The role combines industry research, structured problem solving, financial interpretation, and change execution. You will collaborate with consulting teams, clients, and management stakeholders across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Research manufacturing trends, technologies, and supply chain challenges
Apply improvement principles to operational performance projects
Interpret financial statements and profit and loss information
Design and execute significant change initiatives
Present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or operations field
Minimum two years manufacturing or industrial engineering experience
Minimum two years consulting or industry experience
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated business acumen
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Support manufacturing transformation through analytical rigor, continuous improvement, and clear communication across EFESO client engagements.
