Security Systems Project Coordinator

Coordinate security system installations in Markham using Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and practical equipment troubleshooting skills. This full-time position is on-site five days weekly.
Reporting to the Installation Manager, you will help projects move from planning through installation. The work combines scheduling, customer follow-up, purchasing, inventory, equipment preparation, and job-site support. Success requires organization, communication, computer skills, and entry-level knowledge of electronics, low-voltage electrical systems, troubleshooting, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project details through Salesforce, Outlook, Teams, and platforms
Schedule activities, appointments, and customer follow-up
Create purchase orders and track shipments
Stage, pre-program, and prepare installation equipment
Maintain inventory, delivery, and equipment assignment records
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
English reading and writing proficiency
General computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Support organized security installations through project coordination, equipment preparation, troubleshooting, and accurate records in Markham.
