Analyst, Technology and Innovation Toronto Hybrid
We are looking for a junior, hands‑on Technology Innovation Analyst to join a team focused on solving business challenges using AI, automation, data and emerging technologies. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career technical professional who enjoys building solutions, experimenting with new technologies and turning ideas into working prototypes.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and build proofs of concept (POCs), prototypes and technology experiments.
Use Python, SQL, Generative AI and APIs to develop practical solutions to business problems.
Explore AI agents, automation and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, demonstrate solutions and incorporate feedback.
Evaluate new tools and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
What We're Looking For
Approximately 1–3 years of relevant technical experience, including internships or co‑op placements.
Strong recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Hands‑on Python development skills and basic SQL/database knowledge.
Familiarity with GenAI, AI agents and AI‑assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Codex.
Experience building applications, prototypes or automation solutions through work, education or personal projects.
Strong problem‑solving skills, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn.
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and work collaboratively.
You don't need to have everything! Experience gained through university projects, internships, personal projects or professional work is all relevant.
