Residential Construction Project Coordinator
SEYMOUR PACIFIC DEVELOPMENTS LTD
Plan multi-family residential construction projects in Campbell River, BC, using scheduling and control tools to track timelines, issues, and project health.
As a Project Coordinator, you will support Seymour Pacific Developments’ project management team. The work centers on scheduling construction projects, coordinating documentation, and resolving issues across departments. You will monitor progress, risks, changes, and close-out activities while communicating with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Track schedules, change orders, deficiencies, progress, and project close-out
Coordinate RFIs, site instructions, logs, schedules, and punch lists
Resolve procurement, contract, scheduling, budget, quality, and safety issues
Monitor delays, backcharges, warranty claims, and scope changes
Lead meetings, planning, reporting, and client communication
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or project management
Red Seal construction trade qualification or equivalent accepted
Flexibility and adaptability when priorities change
Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
