Strategic Procurement Purchaser

Strategic procurement and supplier negotiation define this full-time Purchaser role with Enviroway Detergent Manufacturing Inc. in Saskatchewan, Canada.
As Purchaser, you will secure raw materials, supplies, and essential goods for manufacturing and business operations. The work combines supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, pricing negotiation, purchase-order processing, and inventory coordination. You will also maintain purchasing records in Sage ERP while supporting timely material availability and compliant procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable supplier relationships
Research market trends and negotiate favourable purchasing terms
Process purchase orders accurately and promptly
Coordinate inventory requirements with Warehouse and Production teams
Track supplier performance, invoices, and purchasing records
Requirements:
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management
Sage ERP experience for purchasing or transaction processing
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and Outlook
Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills
Ability to analyze quotations and negotiate pricing
