Negotiate market data licensing agreements and subscription renewals

Benchmark pricing and commercial terms across providers
Support evaluations of new market data products
Requirements:
Understanding of commercial contracting principles
Knowledge of contract lifecycle management
Ability to evaluate legal and commercial terms
Experience conducting supplier benchmarking and spend analysis
Ability to prepare sourcing recommendations for stakeholders
Bring sourcing, negotiation, and market data licensing capabilities to Société Générale's Americas Sourcing Department and provider relationships.
