Build AWS platforms with Terraform and Kubernetes in Montreal, improving delivery reliability, security, and efficiency for engineering teams. This permanent position supports Plusgrade’s platform environment.
As a Platform Developer, you’ll contribute to infrastructure, deployment workflows, and operational tooling used by Plusgrade engineering teams. You’ll work with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. The work includes automation, monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and thoughtful AI-assisted development while preserving reliability, security, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure as code
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Develop platform components and operational tooling
Monitor, alert, and troubleshoot platform systems
Share documentation and reusable engineering patterns
Requirements:

At least three years’ platform engineering experience
Experience with cloud environments and containers
Comfort with infrastructure as code and automation
Clear communication and collaborative working habits
Experience using AI-assisted development or delivery
