Lead complex construction projects in Regina with Brandt Developments, using project scheduling, budgeting, and multidisciplinary coordination expertise.
As Construction Project Manager, you will guide projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, contracts, procurement, and project documentation. Success requires coordinating contractors, consultants, suppliers, trades, and internal teams while addressing risks, issues, and construction requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from initiation through completion and closeout
Develop and monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and forecasts
Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, trades, and internal teams
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
Prepare status reports and support commissioning and turnover
Requirements:
Minimum five years of construction project management experience
Knowledge of building systems and construction methodologies
Understanding of contracts, procurement, scheduling, and cost control
Proficiency with project software and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to project sites
Bring construction leadership, financial control, and coordination skills to deliver Brandt projects successfully from planning through closeout.
