As Manager, Business Systems, you will bridge daily operations and technology across a national battery solutions provider. The position requires business systems knowledge, people leadership, and experience with supply chain, distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or related environments. You will bring leaders, employees, technical professionals, and partners together to deliver practical results.
Key Responsibilities:
Set priorities across support, projects, improvement, and business needs
Understand processes across sales, service, purchasing, inventory, and finance
Bring business teams, IT, and partners together to solve problems
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve reporting
Partner with leaders on enhancements and technology investments
Requirements:
Eight-plus years in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or business systems
Ability to ask questions and translate business problems into solutions
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or developing others
Ability to influence stakeholders and balance competing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Use operational understanding, team leadership, and process improvement expertise to strengthen East Penn Canada’s connected business systems.
