Patent Strategy Legal Counsel

The successful candidate provides strategic legal and business guidance across intellectual property, research and development, and technology advancement. Responsibilities include patent prosecution, trademark matters, invention harvesting, disclosure processes, and risk management. You will work with technical teams, inventors, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advice on patent, trademark, and copyright matters
Lead invention harvesting and disclosure processes
Coordinate worldwide external patent agents and law firms
Monitor intellectual property law and emerging technologies
Deliver intellectual property education across the organization
Requirements:
Complex patent portfolio management experience
Strong understanding of patent prosecution and strategy
Experience working directly with inventors and researchers
Technology company experience
Strategic, analytical, and commercially minded approach
Bring patent prosecution knowledge, portfolio leadership, and clear stakeholder communication to a technology-focused legal practice.
