Industrial Construction General Foreman
Worley
Lead industrial construction crews with scheduling, safety enforcement, and workforce coordination at Worley, supporting accurate project execution. This role requires strong supervisory capability.
The General Foreman performs duties assigned by the immediate supervisor while equipping crews with information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools, and equipment. Responsibilities include planning, paperwork review, performance evaluation, employee training, and management communication. The position supports productive, cost-efficient work methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and scheduling assigned work
Enforce safe practices and job safety programs
Monitor paperwork accuracy, clarity, and completeness
Evaluate, assist, and train assigned employees
Prepare employees for additional responsibilities and inform management
Requirements:
Minimum six years industrial construction or maintenance experience
NCEER Certified Plus preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
Ability to provide crews with necessary work information
Ability to coordinate required materials, tools, and equipment
