As Senior Manager, SR&ED Tax, you will support national practice expansion and guide teams on SR&ED policies, administration, financial matters, and tax matters. You will manage client engagements and collaborate with tax and assurance professionals on incentive claims. The position also includes coaching junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:

Support strategic management and expansion of the National SR&ED practice
Serve as primary CRA liaison and oversee related SR&ED audits
Guide teams on SR&ED policies, administration, financial matters, and tax
Manage engagements, reviews, and detailed expense summaries
Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members
Requirements:

CPA designation
Minimum eight years in an SR&ED consulting environment
Previous coaching or mentoring experience
Proficiency with Excel, Taxprep, and Profile software
Excellent communication and client service skills
